Your insurer will email your documents to you free of charge. Should you not receive your policy documents after taking out your policy, please contact your insurer.
When you purchase your pet insurance, usually your provider will email your documents to you, or give you the option to have them posted to your address. Often the insurer’s website will have some kind of ‘portal’ so that you can login and access your documents online as well.
If you have trouble locating your documents in your emails or online, or have not yet received your policy documents in the post, we would suggest contacting your insurer directly by phone, email, or letter.
